Thermal performance is more important than ever, in a time of rising energy costs and a focus on sustainable living, our External Heritage Door stands out as an excellent choice for the energy-concious homeowner.
Our doors are engineered with thermally broken aluminium sections which contain polyamide and insulating foam. The thermal break separates the interior and exterior parts of the aluminium door and as it is made from polyamide, which is a type of plastic, it is far less conductive than aluminium.
Our external heritage door also has double glazing which has a Low Emissivity coating and is Argon gas filled which results in a more energy-efficient door and a lower U-value.
Additionally, the large expansive panes of glass in our External Heritage Door allow for maximum light penetration, so during the day you'll likely need less artificial lighting adding to the reduced use of energy.
